Founded in 2012 by Colorado native & entrepreneur, Bob Childers, CCH Inc. is one of Colorado's most respected high-end residential builders. Past projects include homes from 2200 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft in size and all styles that cater to the modernist or traditionalist. Bob has built luxury homes for some of Northern Colorado's most prominent families with regard to quality and cost. He also specializes in commercial construction.

 

Prior to starting CCH Inc. Bob worked for TCD Inc. as a top project manager for approximately 12 years, prior to that Bob worked for another commercial contractor in project management.

 

We follow a progressive approach to building a home that focuses on eliminating waste, trimming build time and increasing efficiency.  Every client works with Bob as project manager/estimator. With the housing demand of late, we've recently adapted a method of making sure there is a supervisor on every job to ensure our quality promise is delivered every job large or small.

 

Our business development team, networks with the design-build community throughout the valley keeping up on trends & creating a vetted list of architects & designers to refer to clients. As a result, we are happy to refer an architect or designer to you based on desired home style & neighborhood, but often work with clients who already have engaged an architect and have drawings.  Bringing a builder into the process sooner than later, is the most proactive way to collaborate with the team early and value engineer plans, saving you money in your budget.
